Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it has been returned in good condition.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will send a return shipping label to your email address.
Return Costs
A fee of €5.00 will be charged for the return shipping label.
(This fee does not apply if the return is due to an error on our part.)
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
