Return Policy
We have a return period of 30 days, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will assess the return upon receipt to check if it has been sent back in proper condition.
To start a return, you can log into your account and request a return from there or email us. We will send you a return label to ship to: RTM Fulfilment, Dobbeweteringstraat 7, 3044 GA Rotterdam.
Once the return is accepted, we will send a shipping label to your email address.

Return Costs:
A fee of €5 will be charged for the shipping label.
(This does not apply if the error was on our part).
Damage and Issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
European Union: Legal 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Despite the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason or justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
